The Red Barn Happy House is in a great location in the valley of Upper Ojai, and boasts of a dry creek in the front and numerous fruit trees.

Back Yard

The large back porch on the Red Barn offers beautiful views of the Topa Topa mountains, and a view of the back lawn area. The large cement driveway is the perfect place to park or ride skateboards and bikes with the kids.

Front yard

The front yard is newly landscaped with roses, grass, an arbor, solar lights, and a beautiful view of the mountains.

The Red Barn Happy House

The Red Barn sits on the top portion of an eight acre ranch called "The Crazy J Ranch." This ranch is an oil property with four working pumping units and an oil tank farm located at the bottom portion of the ranch. With few neighbors, the Barn offers privacy and a taste of serene and peaceful rural living.
